The last Wednesday night of each month is reserved for gradings. This is an exciting night for each student participating, whether child or adult. The moment of truth has arrived and all our students are encouraged to bring family and friends to see them finally acheive recognition for all the hard work they have done.

Proud viewers watch eagerly as each student puts forth their very best efforts. Video cameras roll and still cameras flash to capture the nights finest (and funniest) moments for posterity.

A senior belt kata done with the most awesome level of concentration or a shy young white belt that needs Sensei's help to start, both stand proudly as the onlookers applaud at a challenge met and conquered.

And when it is over the prize awaits, a new belt, a certificate of rank recognition and a proud student whose grin says "I DID IT!"
